Xiapin Plus is a free shipping subscription service launched by Shopee in May 2023. It originally attracted users with a monthly fee of 30 yuan. Subscribers only need to spend 49 yuan or more at designated stores to enjoy free shipping to Shopee stores. According to Shopee's announcement, starting from the 13th, new users will not be able to subscribe to Xiapin Plus. Existing Xiapin Plus subscribers can continue to enjoy the free shipping discount before the end of the subscription period, but their subscriptions will not be automatically renewed; users who subscribe by credit card , the system will automatically cancel the renewal of the next period. According to Shopee's announcement, Shopee Plus subscribers who meet the following three conditions can apply for a partial or full refund:
- Order Completed: A refund request can only be submitted if the order has been completed.
- If you subscribe for the first time and are still within the 15-day appreciation period: If you subscribe to Xiapin Plus for the first time and are still within the 15-day appreciation period, you can get an unconditional refund.
- The appreciation period has expired but the account cannot be used: If the appreciation period has expired but the subscribed account cannot be used due to freezing or other factors, you can also apply for a refund.
Shopee said that users need to select the correct reason for the refund and submit the application through the exclusive refund form provided by Shopee, so that customer service staff can quickly process it. The refund process is to enter the event page, click "Click here" to go to "Subscription Records", click on the number of periods you want to apply for cancellation, scroll down and click "Go to Refund". You can also check the refund progress through "Query Progress" later.
Although Xiapin Plus subscribers can still enjoy the established rights and interests before the end of the service, consumers are still reminded to understand all the details before the service is terminated to ensure that their rights and interests are not damaged.
