According to Shopee's announcement, starting from the 13th, new users will not be able to subscribe to Xiapin Plus. Existing Xiapin Plus subscribers can continue to enjoy the free shipping discount before the end of the subscription period, but their subscriptions will not be automatically renewed; users who subscribe by credit card , the system will automatically cancel the renewal of the next period. 2. If you subscribe for the first time and are still within the 15-day appreciation period: If you subscribe to Xiapin Plus for the first time and are still within the 15-day appreciation period, you can get an unconditional refund.
3. The appreciation period has expired but the account cannot be used: If the appreciation period has expired but the subscribed account cannot be used due to freezing or other factors, you can also apply for a refund.

Shopee said that users need to select the correct reason for the refund and submit the application through the exclusive refund form provided by Shopee, so that customer service staff can quickly process it. The refund process is to enter the event page, click "Click here" to go to "Subscription Records", click on the number of periods you want to apply for cancellation, scroll down and click "Go to Refund".
