What do people who are always busy doing nothing have in common? This kind of "fastidiousness" will kill efficiency!

It can be found that many people are troubled by the situation where "even though they work hard, things don't go as smoothly as they imagined."

From the perspective of others, it can indeed be seen that the person is really working hard. But even so, I still couldn't get the results I deserved, and I just had no energy.

These people who are always busy actually have several things in common, that is:

  1. quite insistent on things
  2. But I don't know what the other person really wants
  3. So you will only act according to your own rules

This has happened before.

The person in charge of the business asked Mr. A, who was affiliated with the planning department, to submit a proposal. In order to "show his strength", Mr. A worked overtime for several days with great enthusiasm and completed a plan that was very detail-oriented. I submitted the plan thinking, "Everything necessary is written in it, and I'm sure the people in the business department will be very happy." But...

After the people in the business department read the report, "The planning book is so thick, heavy and inconvenient to carry. And I don't even know which part to start with..." they looked very troubled.

Let's calm down and think about it first. If we are from the user's point of view, we certainly don't want to walk around with several planning books and dozens of pages.

Moreover, when discussing business, it must be concluded within an hour at the earliest. There is no time for you to explain it slowly while flipping through the business plan, just like telling a story through pictures.

For users, the planning document can only have three pages at most. And in order to convey the key points to people who are not familiar with this aspect, it is necessary to create a simple and easy-to-understand information.

Mr. A said, "This is all because I am too stupid."

But that's not the case. "Being particular" is not good for anyone, it is just persistence that ignores the needs of the other person.

If you don't want to be busy, then putting yourself in the other person's shoes is the rule that you must abide by.
